Krista is a strategic and innovative senior digital media executive who has developed a winning strategy for hundreds of businesses nationwide based on their marketing objectives. Krista has been in the digital space since 1999. As a direct digital sales professional, she was a 7-figure biller for six consecutive years before moving into a senior leadership role at Advance Digital – NOLA Media Group. Krista holds a B.S. degree from Xavier University of New Orleans in Communications and attended graduate school at the University of Alaska with a focus on Public Administration. In 2016, Krista established Performance First Digital, a full-service digital strategy, and media buying solutions company. Her company is a member of several Chamber organizations across the region. Krista is an active member of several chamber committees and previously held the 2021 New Orleans Regional Black Chamber of Commerce Chairwoman position. Mrs. Dyson was a 2021 and 2023 City Businesswoman of The Year honoree and Biz New Orleans Influential Leader 2022, 2023 & 2024. Recently, Mrs. Dyson was named the 2023 Advertising Agency Executive of the Year (ADDY) by the New Orleans Advertising Club
